BECOMING
A CONSIGNOR
Why should you consign with Fancy Pants? Do you have
lots of kid stuff around your house? No closet space left? Need to
buy your children some bigger clothes but have a limited budget? Then
you should consign with Fancy Pants!
- YOU SET THE
PRICE for your items. Unlike at most consignment stores, YOU
keep 70% of the selling price rather than receive
store credit.
- As a consignor,
you gain admission to our SUPER FANCY CONSIGNOR PRE-SALE,
for first dibs on great stuff!
- If you choose
to donate your unsold items, you're also helping a local charity.
- Consigning with
Fancy Pants is a great way to help other families
meet their needs.
Before submitting
items to Fancy Pants, you must agree to the terms
of our Consignor Agreement below.
Consignor Agreement
By consigning with Fancy Pants Quality Kiddie Consignment
Sale byToni Molinaro ("Fancy Pants"),
I agree that Fancy Pants is not responsible for any lost, stolen or
damaged articles on consignment. Fancy Pants reserves the right to
refuse any article that does not meet expectation.
As a consignor, I understand that I will collect 70% of the sales
price of my items sold on consignment, less a $10 participation fee.
Fancy Pants will keep the remaining 30%. Fancy Pants will mail a check
for my portion of sales within seven business days after the event.
I understand that unless I pick up my unsold items during the Pick
Up time designated by Fancy Pants, my items become the property of
Fancy Pants, and may be donated to a charity chosen by Fancy Pants.
I understand Fancy Pants is required to collect sales tax on my items.
Sales tax will be remitted to the state according to Department of
Revenue guidelines.
